Q3F Match History
CA vs. D|S, 8 on 8 on Forts, two 20 minute games on a neutral server, Official OGL Match
Joining UT regulars T-Toe, Corrosion, and Darkwulf ; Ace, Darkmage, Homer, Zip, and I made up our Q3F roster. The match got rocky before it even started as D|S, understandably, did not want to play on our server. The search for a neutral server turned out to be a long one and the game did not begin until just a little after 11pm (an hour after the official game time.) Both teams began the game with a tight defense, resulting in a scoreless first ten minutes. Our offense was the first to break through and touch the enemy flag. Through a grueling series of touches and small gains, we brought home the only cap of the first game. First Game: CA 10; D|S 0. The second game started with both teams switching to a largely offensive strategy. CA defense had its hands full as waves of scouts and soldiers assaulted the base. Our flag spent a great deal of time at the top of our spiral, but the defense held together and preserved the shutout. With its reinforcements, the CA offense was largely successful, bringing home six flags. Second Game: Ca 60; D|S 0.
